Work with a diverse team of staff and youth This is a part time, non-exempt position with a good amount of hours you can count on. We offer a set schedule that suits your availability and allows you to count on a consistent paycheck. Our talented team of professionals enjoy no late work nights or weekend work which allows time for things such as family, homework, sports, hobbies, or even just catching up on rest! WHO'S A GOOD FIT FOR OUR SQUAD: We are looking to add energetic, fun, creative individuals that want to inspire all youth to reach their full potential! Ability to give nurturing guidance and control a group of at least 15 youth is expected. Some youth work experience is helpful such as babysitting, coaching, youth instruction, or anything similar. If you lack experience but love children this might still be a fit for you and we may discover that during the interview process. Other requirements can be seen on the actual job description. GOOD TO KNOW: Our children, otherwise known as our members, range in age of Pre-K all the way up to 12th grade depending on location. We have many sites surrounding central Minnesota so it is likely there is one near you which makes getting to work convenient.
