　　What You Will Do

　　The Packaging and Hygiene Buyer is responsible for:

　　Developing improvement opportunities in our EMEA External Manufacturers for Packaging and Hygiene categories

　　Driving the development of category practices for selected sub-categories, including sourcing strategy definition, deployment, and stakeholder management, to maximize total cost of ownership savings and Procurement’s value contribution while achieving compliance with policies, strategies, and processes

　　Developing robust category strategies, aligned with regional business and supply chain needs

　　Striving to meet the mutually agreed Procurement targets contributing to the overall budgeting targets

　　In addition to the elements mentioned above the Packaging and Hygiene Category Buyer is accountable to help achieve the Procurement targets defined with business stakeholders.

　　Key Responsibilities:

　　Analyze, map and drive improvement opportunities in our EMEA External Manufacturers for Packaging and Hygiene categories. By working closely with External Manufacturing and Packaging & Hygiene sourcing managers and evaluating Pure Buy vs. Directed Buy models

　　Develops sounds sourcing strategies for Regional/Global subcategories addressing evolving business needs

　　Analyze, understand and interpret market dynamics and drivers, supplier capacity and constrains, quantity leverage, regional regulations and best sourcing practices

　　Sources and runs competitive bidding process for designated spend areas in line with the Global / Regional Strategy for defined subcategories

　　In charge of complex negotiations and Supplier Relationship management.

　　Effectively utilizes procurement processes and procedures to achieve procurement functional goals and corporate governance requirements, whilst delivering against business needs

　　Accountable to deliver annual savings targets and financial commitments related to its corresponding subcategories / spend

　　Able to influence and establish good working relationship with functional stakeholders

　　Contract negotiation and general management for its subcategories / spend

　　Map opportunities and proposes improvement on procurement processes.

　　Works End-to-End to secure supply and ensure a resilient supply chain for its subcategories.

　　Qualifications

　　What We Are Looking For

　　Required Qualifications

　　3 - 5 years professional experience. Preferably in Procurement and working in an international environment

　　Experience on Supplier Relationship Management and working cross functionally with supply chain stakeholders

　　Understanding of P&L management, as well as, cost modelling, sustainability, contracting etc. related to packaging
