About The OpportunityThe Workday Business Intelligence Analystis responsible for overseeing and maintaining the company\'s HR Systemsand the creation and execution of plans, integration, testing,implementation and management and maintenance of our HR Systems.Essential Job Functions Partner with other Center of Excellence members,vendors, and business leaders to effectively meet the HR technologyneeds of the organization Support configuration and troubleshooting ofcurrent business processes in Workday SKUs Supports the development,testing configuration, and implementation of new projects, enhancements,and interfaces Provide internal consulting to improve system processesby proposing new solutions and understanding full end-to-end impacts,driving system adoption Responsible for translating business needs tosystem design, conduct system/data analysis and participating in testingand deployment activities Support major Workday releases, to includeresearching new functionality and educate the HR team on enhancements asapplicable Manage Workday releases and updates, including researchingfunctionalities, conducting testing, launching new modules, andeducating the HR team on enhancements as applicable Create and maintainconfiguration documentation, test plans, test scripts Maintain currentintegrations as well as develop, test, and deploy new integrationsDevelop Workday reports and Business Intelligence dashboards based onbusiness KPIs Serves as a liaison between HR, external vendors and otherstakeholders for HR System design and implementation projects Fosterongoing Workday relationships, relevant memberships and engagement inWorkday Community and User Groups Education & Experience Bachelor\'sdegree preferred Preferably 2 years of experience in HR Systems,preferably Workday Familiarity with HR policies and proceduresKnowledge, Skills & Abilities Excellent analytical and problem-solvingskills Knowledge and understanding of business process concepts includesprocess mapping, process design Ability to work with the numerousreports/documents containing confidential...
