　　As aYouth Development Center Teaching Assistant, you will nurture and educate children ages 0-5 in our licensed childcare and preschool center environment.

　　In this role, you can look forward to:

　　1. Being a Role Model:You'll inspire and guide young minds as a positive role model, setting the foundation for their future.

　　2. Curriculum Facilitation:Implementing age-appropriate curriculum and weekly lesson plans written by the classroom Teacher to support early childhood development.

　　3. Child Safety:Prioritizing the safety and security of our children by diligently following safety procedures.

　　4. Parent Communication:Fostering positive relationships and open communication with parents by providing updates and answering questions.

　　5. Organized Environment:Help to provide a clean, organized classroom and equipment to create a quality learning environment.

　　6. Crisis Response:Being prepared to handle unexpected situations and emergencies promptly and effectively.

　　7. Team Player:Actively participating in staff meetings, contributing your valuable insights and ideas.

　　Full Time Shifts Available (36-40 Hrs per Week), Monday-Friday:

　　8:00 am-5:00 pmOptional 4-day Work Weekwith a Rotating Day Off, 7:00 am-5:00 pm or 8:00 am-6:00 pmTier 1 Part Time Shift Available (30-35 Hrs per Week), Monday-Friday:
