About Management Analyst Senior

Directs and organizes advanced management studies which may include surveys and special projects, as necessary. Identifies and implements new and potentially complex organizational processes and procedures backed by advanced analytical work. Makes significant contributions to department goals and planning efforts. May act as a mentor for junior members of the team.

Provide Capital Planning and Investment control support.

Gather contractual and financial data for three of Department of Homeland Security (DHS) Components/Programs (FEMA, Trio, and Cube) to submit the monthly data in the INVEST system.

Work with the DHS Components to provide Congress an annual snapshot of what is needed financially and contractually for the new Financial System Modernization Solution (FSMS) that is in the process of being built and implemented into different DHS departments.

Support weekly meetings with meeting minutes and possible facilitation held by the stakeholders that provide updates on various areas throughout the FSMS system.

Support numerous PowerPoint briefing decks. These slide decks provide a plethora of information and data to the stakeholders which allows them to make educated and informed decisions.

Assist with front office calendars and front office executive briefings as needed.

Must be able to act as a project manager for working group sessions, implementing special projects, etcetera, as needed.

Minimum Qualifications

Bachelor's Degree or equivalent relevant experience. Master's Degree preferred.

8-15 years of experience

PDF/UA (Section 508 Compliance).

Tableau/Power BI: Data visualization and reporting.

Microsoft Office Suite: Word, Excel, PowerPoint, SharePoint, Outlook

Proven ability of time management and good decision-making skills.

Demonstrates complex problem-solving abilities.

Ability to manage multiple tasks at once.

Strong attention to detail and prioritizes deadlines.

Compensation Ranges

Compensation ranges for ASM Research positions vary depending on multiple factors; including but not limited to, location, skill set, level of education, certifications, client requirements, contract-specific affordability, government clearance and investigation level, and years of experience. The compensation displayed for this role is a general guideline based on these factors and is unique to each role. Monetary compensation is one component of ASM's overall compensation and benefits package for employees.
