Job Title: Collections Representative (Temp-to-Hire)

Location: Central Oklahoma City, OK

Pay Rate: $16-$17/hour

Schedule: Monday-Friday, 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM (No Weekends)

Work Environment: 100% Onsite

Job Description:

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Collections Representative for a temp-to-hire position in Central Oklahoma City. This role is ideal for candidates with a strong background in collections or call center environments who are looking for stability and growth opportunities within a supportive team.

As a Collections Representative, you will play a crucial role in resolving outstanding balances, maintaining excellent customer relationships, and ensuring timely payments.

Responsibilities:

Contact customers to collect overdue payments via phone and email.

Review and analyze accounts to determine payment arrangements or resolutions.

Negotiate payment plans and resolve disputes professionally and effectively.

Document all communication and collection efforts in the system accurately.

Meet or exceed performance metrics, including call volume and collection goals.

Adhere to company policies, procedures, and regulatory compliance standards.

Collaborate with team members and management to improve collection processes.

Requirements

Requirements:

Minimum of 6 months of experience in collections or a call center environment.

Strong communication and negotiation skills.

High attention to detail and organizational abilities.

Proficiency with basic computer systems and data entry.

Must pass a drug test and background check.

Dependable with excellent attendance and punctuality.
