　　Conducts circuit maintenance, installations, and advanced testingRacks and stacks customer equipmentMaintains detailed written records of all work activityDetermines work priorities from the Oracle queue and ensures adherence to all commit timesPerform Audit for Data Clean-upAdministrative and ad-hoc responsibilitiesReal-time monitoring to ensure uptime of all services
