Description We are in search of a Receptionist to join our team located in San Jose, California. As a Receptionist, you will be responsible for executing various clerical tasks to support the daily operations of the office. This includes managing incoming phone calls, handling mail distribution, and greeting visitors. This role offers a contract to hire employment opportunity.

Responsibilities:

• Answer, screen and transfer inbound phone calls

• Receive and sort daily mail/deliveries/couriers

• Maintain security by following procedures and controlling access via the reception desk

• Update appointment calendars and schedule meetings/appointments

• Perform other clerical receptionist duties such as filing, photocopying, and faxing

• Provide administrative assistance to the team as required

• Manage the ordering and distribution of office supplies

• Resolve or escalate any issues or queries from clients or staff

• Respond to and manage support tickets in a timely manner Requirements • Demonstrated experience in Receptionist Duties and Administrative Assistance

• Proficiency in managing Support Tickets

• Ability to handle ordering of Office Supplies

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

• Proficiency in using office software including MS Office and email

• Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks

• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail

• High school diploma or equivalent education level

• Must be a team player and have the ability to work independently.
