  What you'll do

  The Customer Insights & Program Office (CIPO) within the Industries & Customer Experience Engineering organization is looking for a working student to support the team by performing the following activities:

  Support leaders and teams in all administrative tasks: manage calendars, schedules and meetings

  Data analysis and visualization in Excel, Power BI and PowerPoint

  Prepare presentations and reports with management and board visibility

  Maintaining up-to-date filing and reference systems

  Attend and take notes at meetings

  What you bring

  Student (f/m/d) at a university or a university of applied sciences

  Preferred fields of study: computer science, business administration or social studies (communication, psychology)

  Computer skills: Microsoft Office, SharePoint, Microsoft Power Bi is a plus

  Language skills: fluent in English, German and any other language is a plus

  Soft skills: well-organized, collaborative, creative, curious, strong communication skills, attention to detail, high level of personal commitment, flexibility, reliability

  Meet your team

  The Industries & Customer Experience Product Success team is responsible for making our organization greater than the sum of its parts. This team of collaboration connoisseurs lives in between and across applications, with our customers sentiment, business processes and strategic outcomes in mind. We are responsible for cross-product development programs and projects, as well as customer insights, customer sentiment and customer improvement requests. Based in Germany and the US we build bridges across continents, applications, and organizations.

  Your set of application documents should contain a cover letter, a resume in table form, school leaving certificates, certificate of enrollment, current university transcript of records, copies of any academic degrees already earned, and if available, references from former employers (including internships). Please also describe your experience and skills in foreign languages and computer programs / programming languages.
