The Identity and Access Management (IAM) team is seeking a highly motivated individual to lead the modernization of critical IAM/PAM infrastructure. The IAM team is responsible for the design and implementation of various IAM technologies including Microsoft Active Directory, PING Federate Services, Entra ID and CyberArk Privileged Access Management.

Responsibilities:

Work with IT Infrastructure and application teams to migrate privileged accounts from legacy to enterprise systems.

Collaborate with other Senior Engineers, Architects and Senior Management across the organization with respect to Identity and Access Management policies and controls.

Partner with InfoSec and IAM domain leaders to develop identity and directories strategy that integrates into broader InfoSec strategy

Support business and IT projects with IAM functionality delivered along committed timeline

Provide direction and leadership in solving complex IAM related issues.

Provide oversight and engineering support for IAM backend infrastructure.

Lead development and implement procedures and documentation supporting the IAM services.

Support and onboard servers and users to PAM services.

Troubleshoot and resolve complex integration for authentication and authorization issues.

Administer Windows 2016/2019/2022 server- Active Directory Forest and Domain trusts, Microsoft Entra ID, Group Policy services, administer hybrid multi-tenant Microsoft Entra ID, Office 365, Amazon Web Services and Google Cloud Platform environments.

Lead special projects and initiatives as assigned.

Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree: Information Security, Computer Science, Information Management Systems, or related field equivalent experience

5+ years of hands-on experience with Windows 2016/2019/2022 server – Microsoft Active Directory, Forest and Domain trusts, Group Policies

3 + years of experience in working Hybrid Multi-cloud, multi-tenant environment including Active Directory, Entra ID, AWS and GCP.

Experience with modern SDLC methods and ability to learn and adapt to various methodologies utilized across teams

Relentlessly curious about current and emerging technologies and the desire and ability to stay current on technology trends and threats across the security industry

Intermediate knowledge of cloud (Azure / AWS / GCP) platforms

Experience in using IAM tools and scripting for automation.

Experience across business, security, application, UX and network infrastructure architectures
