In-depth knowledge and hands-on experience with workforce management systems, particularly Kronos iSeries and Workforce Dimension
Familiarity with these systems' functionality, configuration, and integration is crucial for successful implementation
Understanding of HR and payroll processes, including timekeeping, scheduling, leave management, labor compliance, and payroll calculations
Knowledge of Hospitality and gaming industry best practices and regulations related to workforce management is important
Experience in technical aspects of software implementation, such as data mapping, system integration, interface design, and customization
Familiarity with integration methods, such as APIs, web services, and file transfers, is valuable
Ability to collaborate with software vendors, consultants, and implementation partners to ensure successful project delivery
Experience in managing vendor relationships and overseeing vendor performance is beneficial
Strong communication and leadership skills are essential for managing project teams, coordinating with stakeholders, and providing clear guidance and direction
Effective interpersonal skills and the ability to influence and motivate others are important
Experience in data migration strategies, including data cleansing, transformation, and validation, to ensure accurate and complete transfer of data from iSeries Kronos to Workforce Dimension
Knowledge of testing methodologies and quality assurance practices is necessary for system validation and user acceptance testing
The pay range is the lowest to highest compensation we reasonably in good faith believe we would pay at posting for this role. We may ultimately pay more or less than this range. Employee pay is based on factors like relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, location, performance, union contract and business needs. This range may be modified in the future.

Hourly employees are not eligible for paid time off unless required by law. Hourly employees on a Service Contract Act project are eligible for paid sick leave.
