Earn $30,000-40,000/yearPosition DetailsThe Workforce Development Specialist (WDS) is a professional level staff position performing varied assignments under the supervision of the Executive Director and in coordination with Human Resources. WDS is responsible for supplementing human resource functions that impact employee recruitment and retention across Merakey Adult Behavior Health and Children's divisions.Duties and Responsibilities:Engage, coordinate, and supplement recruiting strategy in collaboration with HR Recruiting team(s).Support hiring manger(s) in warm welcome liaison activity during on-boarding and prior to new employee orientation/training.Engage, coordinate, and supplement engagement and retention activities in collaboration with local operations and HR People Operations.Partner with product line leadership to engage, coordinate, and supplement product-line specific retention and recruiting initiatives.Provide regular updates to hiring managers and senior leadership, including data driven report generation, and projected implications of data.Foster positive customer service to enhance new employee experience.Attend networking group meetings as needed.
