  Summary

  The Sr. Manager Graphic Distribution - Operations plays a vital role in optimizing our operational efficiency and managing union staffing relationships. This position will oversee the efficient and timely distribution of graphic assets to live events. This role involves managing the workflow (post graphic production), coordination, and distribution of graphics across warehouses and convention venues. The ideal candidate possesses exceptional organizational skills, leadership abilities, and a deep understanding of graphics production and distribution processes.

  This position will support our Event & Exhibit Services team. The position follows an in-person schedule working full-time in-office and/or show site based out of Las Vegas, NV.

  Essential Duties & Responsibilities

  Review graphic history, complexity and projections for upcoming events to determine appropriate staffing

  Scheduling of warehouse and show site graphic workforce

  Alignment with Deployment team for onsite coordination of information for delivery schedules to onsite graphic team

  Set Standard Operating Procedures for on-site distribution staff & warehouse

  Maintain quality control through tracking software process to ensure Company standards are met

  Coordinate graphics activities with Carpenter Shop as there are some processes that need to be completed by both.

  Attend Pre-Con meetings as needed to discuss graphic concerns and scheduling

  Attend show site production meetings as necessary

  Performs other duties as assigned.

  Coordinate with internal teams, including account executives, graphic production, graphic project management (aka GAM and Deployment), and operations to understand requirements and delivery expectations.

  Develop and implement efficient workflows and procedures for graphic distribution, optimizing processes to enhance productivity and minimize errors.

  Oversee inventory management of graphic assets, including tracking.

  Collaborate with external vendors, suppliers, and shipping partners to manage logistics and ensure seamless delivery of graphic materials to clients or within the organization.

  Monitor and analyze metrics related to fulfillment and distribution operations, providing regular reports and recommendations for improvement.

  Train and mentor team members, fostering a culture of continuous learning, growth, and teamwork.

  Education & Experience

  Bachelor's Degree or five (5) years of related experience; or a combination of education and experience.

  Must be familiar with a variety of the field's concepts, practices, and procedures (including labor jurisdictions).

  3-5 years’ experience in an operations capacity.

  2 years prior management experience is required.

  Industry experience required.

  Excellent written and verbal skills.
