Kforce has a client in Commerce, CA that is seeking a Workday Project Manager.Job Overview:Our client is seeking an experienced Workday Project Manager to join their dynamic team. The Workday Project Manager will play a crucial role in the successful implementation, optimization, and ongoing management of the Workday platform. This role requires a strategic thinker with strong project management skills and a deep understanding of Workday functionality.Project Planning and Execution:

　　Develop and execute project plans for Workday implementations, upgrades, and optimizations

　　Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure project milestones are met within scope, budget, and timeline

　　Workday Configuration and Optimization:

　　Lead the configuration of Workday modules based on organizational requirements

　　Identify opportunities for system optimization and enhancement to improve overall efficiency

　　Stakeholder Management:

　　Engage with key stakeholders to gather requirements and ensure alignment with business goals

　　Provide regular updates to stakeholders on project status, risks, and mitigation strategies

　　Change Management:

　　Develop and implement change management strategies to ensure a smooth transition to new Workday processes

　　Provide training and support to end-users to maximize system utilization

　　Quality Assurance:

　　Conduct thorough testing of Workday configurations to ensure accuracy and functionality

　　Troubleshoot and resolve any issues that arise during implementation or daily operations

　　Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, or a related field

　　Proven experience as a Workday Project Manager or similar role

　　In-depth knowledge of Workday functionality and configuration

　　Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple projects concurrently

　　Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

　　Experience in healthcare or related industries is a plus

　　The pay range is the lowest to highest compensation we reasonably in good faith believe we would pay at posting for this role. We may ultimately pay more or less than this range. Employee pay is based on factors like relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, location, performance, union contract and business needs. This range may be modified in the future.

Hourly employees are not eligible for paid time off unless required by law. Hourly employees on a Service Contract Act project are eligible for paid sick leave.
