  The work:

  Researching and resolving day to day Workday US Payroll issues

  Work with clients to support the new requirements for Payroll in Workday

  Creating and Updating Workday configurations based on requirement changes

  Provide support for regular and special payroll processes in Workday

  Provide support for post-payroll activities like posting, bank transfer and pay checks in Workday

  Provide support for Legal and regulatory reports in Workday

  Provide support for year-end reporting and other year-end activities in Workday

  Analyze Workday Updates and provide recommendations to clients

  Provide support for various Payroll interfaces in Workday

  Provide support to core HCM application

  Advise clients on industry standards and leading practices

  Demonstrate design options through the use of prototyping

  Provide support and guidance to the client’s parallel payroll testing

  Actively participate in update training and internal opportunities to share one’s skills and learnings with others within the organization

  Learn and apply Workday and Accenture methodologies

  Here is what you need:

  Existing and up to date Workday Payroll Partner Certification

  Consulting experience, most recently in a Senior Analyst, Consultant, or similar level role, preferably with a large consulting firm

  1 Full lifecycle Workday Implementation

  Payroll process and Payroll Technology systems implementation experience in Workday, ADP, SAP, Oracle or similar ERP technologies (preferably cloud based)

  Bachelor's degree or equivalent (minimum 12 years) work experience. (If Associate Degree, must have minimum 6 years of work experience) & ability to travel up to 80%

  Bonus Points:

  Experience in Federal Payroll processing

  Strong US Payroll knowledge

  Workday US Payroll, Absence and/or Time Tracking experience preferred

  Experience in Payroll Parallel testing

  Experience with JIRA and/or Confluence

  Experience with Excel, Visio and PowerPoint 

  Experience managing, coaching, or mentoring others. 

  Experience with Payroll software such as ADP GlobalView, (SAP), Ceridian, ADP eTime, PeopleSoft, Workday, Oracle or Ultimate

  Compensation for roles at Accenture Federal Services varies depending on a wide array of factors including but not limited to the specific office location, role, skill set and level of experience. As required by local law, Accenture Federal Services provides a reasonable range of compensation for roles that may be hired in California, Colorado, New York, or Washington State as set forth below and information on benefits offered is here.

  Role Location: Range of Starting Pay for role:

  California: $82,400 - $154,800

  Colorado: $82,400 - $133,700

  New York City: $76,300 - $154,800

  Washington: $87,800 - $142,300
