About WMA COB Business Readiness Training, Product Manager

  Your role

  Are you skilled in preparing for the success of delivering new products and services? Do you have experience with developing and training others on new platforms? As part of Wealth Management Field & Operational Platforms, the Client Onboarding team is recruiting for project roles for developing and executing the business release plan that will improve the field experience.

  We are searching for qualified individuals with strong project management skills and a focus on readiness planning. The incumbent will have the following responsibilities as part of the Business Readiness team:

  You will:

  • build out the field training plan for the new Client Onboarding platform

  • prepare checkpoint and status calls led by readiness lead to provide transparency to all stakeholders

  • develop readiness plans for impacted business areas and shared functions in close collaboration with program leadership

  • anticipate the needs of the business, manage tracking and resolution of all corresponding actions

  • support several different readiness sub-workstreams including but not limited to the setup and driving of readiness training, policy/procedures updates and preparation for product rollout

  Your team

  You'll be working on the Client Onboarding team in Weehawken, NJ, and will be part of a team comprised of internal and vendor resources across different locations

  Your expertise

  You have:

  • 3-6 years of experience in program or project management

  • large scale project experience especially supporting plan readiness is beneficial

  • operational and functional knowledge within Wealth Management

  • strong communication skills interacting with internal colleagues and vendor partners

  • ability to anticipate needs of the business, solve complex problems and execute solutions

  • knowledge of best agile practices

  • strong project management abilities to track tasks and manage the day to day activities within the program readiness framework

  You are:

  • detail orientated with a structured and organized planning approach
