Your role

　　Are you well organized and open to learning new topics? Would you like to work with the Operations and Business Risk Teams in the US, APAC and Switzerland to identify, report and mitigate operational risks?

　　Then we are looking for a Business Risk Manager who will:

　　• coordinate risk management activities within Business Risk Management function

　　• maintain and update control data in different tools and perform regular data quality reviews/enhancement supported by team colleagues

　　• maintain and update risk reporting tools

　　• perform regular risk related reviews mainly related to Operations processes

　　support and coordinate risk management tasks for the US Head Payment Operations and support

　　• perform ad hoc trainings on Operational Risk Management for Operations staff

　　Your team

　　You will be working for the Business Risk Management Operations for the division P&C based in Switzerland and the management team of the Head US Payment Operations. Business Risk Management Operations is part of Business Risk Management of the division P&C supporting the P&C COO in its Front to Back Risk Management responsibility. The Management Team of US payments operations is mainly based in Stamford/New York and with one team head in Nashville. Your main working location can be in New York, Stamford or Nashville.

　　Your expertise

　　• minimum 4 years of professional experience in the financial industry, ideally in business risk management

　　• bachelor or master's degree in business management, economy, finance, IT or related field

　　• excellent communicator with strong interpersonal skills

　　• proactive and solution-oriented thinker

　　• team player who likes to work in a dynamic environment

　　• self-motivated, precise and analytical

　　• very good knowledge of MS Office in particular MS Excel, MS Word and MS PowerPoint

　　• understanding of Operations Processes
