　　The Data Entry Clerk is located in Syracuse and typically reports directly to the Project Managers. This position will be of special interest to recent graduates of an Administrative Program. Duties and responsibilities include but are not limited to:

　　Obtain test forms populated by field technicians, infrared-thermography images, manager's assessment letter on the work completed, etc. and generate concise test reports deliverable to the client.

　　Turnover test reports within acceptable time tables established by the client and internal protocols.

　　Oversee the generation of multiple test reports and prioritize to meet the needs of the company and clients to ensure smooth operation.

　　Maintain electronic and hard copies of reports on local server in the current filing system.

　　Communicate with project managers, technicians, & administrators to ensure quality deliverables are prepared and submitted.

　　Communicate and request clarification to the proper person when there is missing information.

　　Additional involvement in other administrative duties within the testing operation as the operation expands and requires more administrative support.

　　EDUCATION REQUIREMENTS

　　Post secondary education is an assetWORK EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS

　　1-2 years working in an administrative role; in a construction setting is an assetSKILLS, ABILITIES, AND OTHER REQUIREMENTS

　　Minor travel may be required

　　Ability to be trained on new software systems (i.e. Doble Testing Suites, Megger, PDF, FLIR, etc.)

　　Organization and time management

　　Valid Driver's License
