　　Für den Bereich HR Business Unit suchen wir ab sofort befristet für 6 Monate einen Werkstudenten (m/w/d) . Die Arbeitszeit beträgt maximal 20 Stunden pro Woche.

　　Einsatzort: Mannheim

　　Tätigkeit:

　　Unterstützung der HR Operations Partner im operativen Tagesgeschäft, in HR-Projekten und Sonderthemen

　　Erstellung von Statistiken und Reports

　　Optimierung, Visualisierung und Dokumentation von HR-Prozessen

　　Mitarbeit bei Regelprozessen, z.B. Jubiläumsprozess

　　Erstellen von Arbeitzeugnissen

　　Postbearbeitung

　　Aktenpflege

　　Erstellen von Standardschreiben

　　Anforderungen:

　　Immatrikulierte Studierende bis Sommer 2024 in einem Bachelor- oder Masterstudiengang, gerne im Bereich Betriebswirtschaft mit Schwerpunkt Personal oder vergleichbar

　　Erste Erfahrung in ähnlicher Position wünschenswert, vorzugsweise im industriellen Umfeld

　　Genauigkeit und Gewissenhaftigkeit sowie strukturiertes, selbstständiges, organisiertes und eigenverantwortliches Arbeiten

　　Gute MS-Office Kenntnisse (insbesondere Excel)

　　Engagement, Interesse an Personalthemen und Teamfähigkeit

　　Sehr gute Deutsch- (Level C1/2) und Englischkenntnisse (Level B1)
