　　Responsibilities

　　Position Summary:

　　The Aide is responsible for facilitating /co-facilitating all sessions of the Healthy Kids in Health Homes (HKHH) workshops and the Fitness and Nutrition workshops at Elementary schools. This includes completing any required training. Responsibilities also include ensuring all workshop documents are completed and submitted to the Supervisor. Provide classroom support collect student attendance and assist with program guidance. Documents include but are not limited to participant attendance logs sign-in sheets and workshop questionnaires. Additional duties can include performing clerical tasks such as data entry making phone calls to clients and preparing workshop packets.

　　Qualifications

　　Minimum Qualifications;

　　One (1) year recent work experience with children

　　Two (2)years of working with children in a classroom

　　High school diploma or equivalent work experience in lieu of diploma

　　Preferred Qualifications:

　　Bilingual in SpanishPay Range

　　$16.30 - $22.42 /hour
