　　The IT Infrastructure Lead role will suit someone who has already led IT Infrastructure for an international organization and is also comfortable operating as a technical authority and participating with up to 30% hands-on technical work.

　　Reporting to the VP CIO and based 3-4 days a week at our Ghent HQ, this is the global lead within Esko IT Organization and is critical as part of our transformation to a Digital organization.

　　There is a significant opportunity to own the Infrastructure roadmap, lead new projects, drive major change within Esko, further develop team capability, and realize major business benefits.

　　Within your role, you will:

　　Provide high-level technical guidance for the team in the area of infrastructure and able to do Hands-On technical troubleshooting on Infrastructure, Servers, Network, Storage and Service desk issues

　　Serve as a primary escalation contact for internal and external customers for the company’s infrastructure technology strategies and projects globally in multiple Esko locations

　　Lead, develop, and coach a team of up to 15 plus team members in Belgium and India, as well as any 3rd party IT service providers.

　　Create and own technical and strategic roadmap/direction for the infrastructure program

　　Drive stand-up meetings with the team and own/Manage infrastructure KPIs

　　Collaborate with peers, Business applications, BI and Web Development Managers etc, in executing agile methodology using the Jira tool stack and in discussing priorities that enable business goals & objectives

　　We’re looking for…

　　10+ years of relevant experience in overall Infrastructure Technical hands-on work

　　4+ years of relevant experience managing a global team

　　Experience and knowledge of infrastructure technologies (Server, storage)

　　Experience and knowledge of core infrastructure services and enterprise applications

　　Experience and knowledge of Information Security best practices.

　　Experience and knowledge of AWS and Azure cloud technology

　　Willingness and ability to learn, support and recommend new technologies consistent with the company objectives.

　　Strong interpersonal and communication skills (both verbal and written) to deal effectively with a variety of people (both technical and non-technical) throughout the company.

　　Ability to travel globally as needed (10% - 20%).

　　Strong verbal & written communication (fluent English), cross-functional collaboration, relationship building, stakeholder management, listening, and influencing skills
