Pomp's is actively searching for a Service Manager to direct our team. This individual will be responsible for working alongside our customers and scheduling their service needs. Job Responsibilities: Analyze tire problems and advise solutions Answer incoming calls and manage customer inquiries Assign tasks to service employees Assist with store inventory management Assist in Shop to maintain production Follow and collect past due accounts Ensure service employees are properly trained Maintain a clean workspace Additional tasks as assigned Job Requirements: Management and sales experience preferred Previous tire experience strongly preferred Automotive/mechanical skills Valid driver's license and ability to maintain driving record to Pomp's Tire Service standards Ability to effectively communicate with customers and co-workers Ability to read and verify work order information That's the promise which Pomp's Tire Service has made to its employees.
