　　The company is seeking to hire an Outside Machinist Foreperson who will be responsible for planning and coordinating the efforts to attain quality, schedules, and objectives for the department and organization while motivating them to accomplish the work safely, correctly, and efficiently. Direct and supervise the Outside Machinist Department, andthis includes staff requirements, material, job layout, and scheduling of work hours.

　　The Outside Machinist Foreperson will assist in developing training, productivity, and correction action if necessary and is responsible for making the team accountable for the completion and correctness of work.
