NOW HIRING WELDERS AND FABRICATORS IN THE THOMASVILLE, GEORGIA AREA!!!

　　Second shift: 3:30 pm - 1:30 am

　　Pay rate: $18 - $26 (Based on experience)

　　Description:

　　Leading manufacturer of water and wastewater treatment products. Company engineers, designs, manufacture, and install their systems and equipment.

　　Welders:

　　• FCAW, GMAW, GMAW-P, TIG, GTAW, SAW, SMAW and Carbon Arc welding from blueprints

　　• Will be welding in mostly MIG and some Fluxcore.

　　Fabricators:

　　• Responsible for fabricating and welding ASME code tanks and filtration equipment, pipe and various structural equipment from blue prints and production orders.

　　• Fabricating small assemblies, sometimes 3 to 4 parts, sometimes 20 to 30 parts. It changes in size and quantity of parts to be put together and weld.

　　• Must have operating knowledge of preheat-cutting torch, stud welder, and hand plasma torch.

　　• Must have experience selecting proper wire, shielding gases, and setting wire feed speeds and voltage to obtain a balanced arc condition.

　　Additional Skills & Qualifications:

　　• 6+ months of fabricating experience or school experience

　　• Ability to fabricate and weld small parts on a work table.

　　• Ability to work with verbal instructions and use small tools

　　• Must possess knowledge of welding processes GMAW and FCAW at a minimum.

　　• Ability to pass weld test: mig / flux core welding

　　• This is a visual test. They want to see if the applicant knows what he/she is doing. Setting the machine, use hand tools, safety equipment, and quality.

　　• They would prefer someone with AWS certification but it’s not a disqualifier.

　　Must not have previous attendance issues.Experience Level:
