JOB REQUIREMENTS: We Energies, a subsidiary of WEC Energy Group, isseeking 2 Operations Laborer\'s at our Oak Creek Site Bulk MaterialHandling Location. Job Responsibilities The principle duties of theOperations Laborer occupation will be to perform plant operations workconsistent with their training and qualifications and to assist andsupport others to the best of their ability. Training for thisoccupation will contain elements of the Equipment Operator Trainee, YardOperator Trainee and Plant Operator Trainee qualification books.Operations Laborers will also perform any general plant support(cleaning, assisting) work, including but not limited to custodial worksupport/relief and grounds maintenance. Operations training will includethe attainment of a third (3rd) class Power Plant Engineer or equivalentlicense, as referenced in the Boiler Operation Training Agreement, toenter Step 4. Operations Laborers will be available for work at any FOPlant in southeast Wisconsin and will normally work the schedule of theOperations organization at their home plant. In the event of dispatch,they will work the schedule of the work group to which they areassigned, per the collective bargaining agreement. Transportation to anyof FO\'s southeast Wisconsin locations is the employee\'sresponsibility. Will require the use of a respirator in certainsituations.
