　　Basic Job Expectations:

　　The primary purpose of the Order Selector position is to select and prepare product orders for shipment at the Weis Markets Distribution Center for Weis Markets retail locations.

　　With company provided training, the associate will operate a powered industrial pallet jack to drive to locations to select products stored in industrial racking.

　　Utilizing a voice activated headset, the associate will follow directions that will relay product locations and quantities of product to be selected as part of the order collection.

　　The associate will be responsible for organizing, palletizing, and securing products prior to placement in designated areas where the product will be loaded on to trailers and shipped to Weis Markets retail locations.

　　It is expected at the associate will operate according to company policies and safety regulations, as well as adhere to cleaning and sanitation guidelines to ensure that work areas, equipment, etc. are well maintained and clean and that health and OSHA requirements are met.
