　　What to expect?

　　Apply your expertise on HR processes in the analysis, design, and end to end delivery as a trusted consultant in our clients’ Workday Implementations

　　Drive the closure of key design decisions and identify cross-functional impacts next to cross-stream impacts (change, training, data conversion, integrations)

　　Lead, guide and coach the functional consultants into the functional module designs

　　Prepare and conduct pitches, lead client workshops and presentations and drive client’s decision-making

　　Engage closely with the client project leadership to advise on functional planning activities, build trustful relationships and ensure the success of the project across all functional areas

　　Qualifications

　　Completed studies e.g., in Digital Business Management, IT-Management, Business informatics or similar

　　Project experience in consulting, HR Cloud Transformation/Digitalization or in the Human Resources Area

　　Fluent in German and English

　　Team player with a hands-on-mentality, deep understanding of HR-Processes and the value of digital transformation

　　Experience in delivering complex HR Cloud/Transformation projects (Ideally in Workday)

　　Workday HCM Core and PM training would be beneficial

　　Experience in multiple HCM disciplines- HR, Compensation, Performance/Talent Management, Recruiting, etc.

　　Strong leadership and client management experience
