Our client, a major Pharmaceutical is seeking a Website Content/Event Posting Specialist to join their team. As a Website Content / Event Posting specialist you platforms. As the primary point of contact, you will be responsible for providing exceptional posting approved content and responding to customer service questions and requests.
Key Responsibilities:
Content Management:
• Post approved articles, resources, events, and other content directly to the engagement platforms in a timely manner
• Registration and attendance tracking for live and pre-recorded web events
• Oversee web broadcasts through the engagement platforms for live and pre-recorded web events
• Manage content placement and display
• Provide recommendations for content placement and user interface optimization
• Provide customer service for website related issues
• Monitor metrics and analytics to measure success and identify areas for improvement
Location: Remote
Pay Range: $32 - 37/hr.w2
What’s Needed?
o Bachelor's degree in computer science, programming, or similar fields
o Minimum of 2 years website management
o Experience with WordPress is a plus
o Experience in customer service is a plus
o Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with strong interpersonal abilities.
o Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment.
o Strong problem-solving skills with a customer-centric approach.
o Attention to detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality work.
