The ideal candidate for this position can perform internal reporting during the monthly close, participate in compliance, interact with our external auditors for quarterly reviews and annual audits, and review schedules reporting processes. 　　Your responsibilities

　　Maintain intercompany transactions, billings, and reconciliation

　　Produce analyses for monthly balance sheets and income statements for reporting by management

　　Manage schedules for monthly payments and capital lease

　　Partake in various department-wide initiatives

　　Recurring journal entries maintenance and reconciliation

　　Ad-hoc reporting and special projects, as requested

　　Assist in the month end, quarter end and year end closing process including monthly financial close workbook preparation

　　Compose journal entries and conduct the month end close with minimal supervision

　　Analyze and coordinate a variety of financial data, and report it in a useful and understandable manner

　　Maintain depreciation, fixed asset ledgers, and reconciliation

　　In-depth experience with month end balance sheet account reconciliations

　　Prepare journal entries and account reconciliations which include, but are not limited to, cash, prepaid expenses, and payroll

　　Assist in implementation, maintenance and adherence to internal controls and accounting procedures ensuring compliance with GAAP

　　Requirements

　　1+ years of recent and relevant accounting experience; internships will satisfy this work requirement

　　Takes action on items beyond formal job responsibilities

　　Ability to prioritize deals and adapt to quick changes while remaining diligent, and to thrive in a dynamic, high-pressure environment

　　Ability to prioritize work and balance multiple projects and deadlines

　　Attention to detail and ability to follow standard procedures is a requirement

　　BA/BS or equivalent in Accounting, Finance or Economics

　　Spreadsheet and database capabilities

　　Quarter-end experience

　　Month end closings experience

　　Adeptness in Annual External Audit

　　Comprehensive knowledge of Accounts Payable (AP)

　　Command of bank reconciliations

　　Deep understanding of Daily Cash Receipts

　　Proficient in ERP systems

　　Top notch analytical, quantitative and social skills

　　Ability to work within spreadsheets and databases

　　Fully formed organizational, written and verbal communication skills.
