Position: Program Manager COTA

　　Hours: Full-time

　　Location: Moweaqua Rehab & Health Care Center - Moweaqua, IL

　　QUALIFICATIONS

　　Graduate from an Occupational Therapy Assistant program

　　Current licensure or ability to obtain as an Occupational Therapy Assistant in state of practice and/or nationally certified
