　　Truleo is looking to hire a Website UX & UI Designer who can apply new and emerging design strategies, research techniques, and user trends to help our company maintain industry competitiveness. You will use your expertise to execute on intuitive and engaging design solutions that satisfy diverse user experiences as well as result in accessible, responsive, and user-friendly web pages. The ideal candidate will be passionate about technology, problem solving, and efficiency.

　　What You'll Do

　　Proactively dissect user needs and design interactive elements and cohesive and engaging visual designs that respond to those needs and align with our brand identity.

　　Employ user-centered design thinking to facilitate the design process and create meaningful experiences for customers and other stakeholders.

　　Serve as a subject matter expert on UX and UI design concepts through an innate capacity for creating engaging, highly usable designs and layouts.

　　Maintain design libraries with flexible, usable, and accessible web elements.

　　Collaborate with UX/UI researchers to spark innovation and optimize key processes such as market analysis, usability testing, customer feedback, and UX/UI metrics analysis.

　　Continually ideate solutions to customer problems and conduct prototyping as part of a proactive test-and-learn strategy/approach.

　　Demonstrate competitive attention to detail and persistent follow-through while executing and producing high-quality design deliverables, on budget and on time,

　　Produce UX and UI design artifacts, including user personas, interactive prototypes, user journey maps, IA diagrams, flow diagrams, low- and hi-fi wireframes, hi-fi mockups, information architecture, and user testing reports.

　　Employ design concepts and methodologies that enable the alignment of interaction patterns, interfaces, and user paths.

　　Who You Are

　　You have a bachelor's degree in design or a CIS-related discipline, or an equivalent combination of recent education and experience.

　　You have a minimum of 5 years of experience as a web UX/UI designer.

　　You have foundational knowledge of UX/UI design principles and methodologies.

　　You have experience with coding accessible web pages using HTML and CSS, with a solid understanding of front-end technology. .

　　You have demonstrated proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite.

　　You have demonstrated proficiency in prototyping software and design tools, such as InVision, Adobe XD, and Figma.

　　You have strong analytical and deductive skills.

　　You have experience working autonomously and with limited guidance.
