  Responsibilities:

  Clients

  Develop new business relationships and maintain current client relationships with excellence

  Provide outstanding customer service to clients and client vendors 

  Staffing

  Maintain and develop required staffing levels for market

  Actively recruit using all available resources including colleges, job fairs, vocational school, military sources, etc. 

  Assist Human Resources in the interview process by completing interviews and updating candidate profiles in a timely manner 

  Ensure timely completion and validation of timecards to ensure they match invoice sheet(s) which are due by noon every Sunday; ensure approval of timecards once punches and exceptions are verified

  Ensure that schedules, time management, talent management, performance management and roster in Paycom are maintained at all times (update a minimum of once per week)

  Growth

  Prospect new clients on a weekly basis via email, cold calling, and face-to-face meetings

  Develop and maintain strategic partnerships with the veteran and military communities

  Attend networking events

  Participate in new client meetings or other events/meetings as requested

  Compliance

  Maintain relevant licenses/certifications

  Ensure guards are obtaining guard cards as required and update Paycom accordingly

  Follow all company policies and ensure employees are doing the same and administer discipline as necessary

  Operations

  Maintain operational excellence across the entire market, which includes operational advances and day-to-day operations 

  Responsible for operational success in special events, brick and mortar, and property/hospitality

  Ensure that all staff are trained and performing to company standards

  Manage uniform inventory; ensure adequate inventory on hand at all times

  Other

  Other duties as assignedQualifications

  Qualifications: 

   

  Minimum of two (2) years of relevant experience, preferably in an events/security environment

  Military experience strongly preferred

  High School Diploma or equivalent; Bachelor’s degree strongly preferred

  Other Requirements:

  Moderate to heavy lifting that may require the ability to move up to 75 lbs. with or without reasonable accommodation

  Climbing, balancing, standing, walking, pushing/pulling, lifting, reaching, moving and grasping items and components with hands

  Communication with others verbally and in writing

  Ability to work in a cold, wet environment during events

  Ability to maintain a neat, clean, and professional image when representing the company
