　　Create simple solutions for complex business processes, integrating best of breed toolsDrive and code solutions with a creative approachWork with leadership and others to find the right solutionsDiscern business needs and adapt solutions to match the company goalsCooperate with key partners to deliver tested and reusable code in a quickly changing environment, on time Requirements - Practical knowledge in HTML and CSS

　　Demonstrated experience with server-side languages

　　Rooted understanding of how a mobile user experience differs from the experience on a web or other application

　　A real enthusiasm for developing end-to-end solutions that power a positive user experience

　　Knowledge of various web languages and the ability to move quickly from project mockups into full-fledge versions in that software

　　2+ years experience with both front-end and back-end technologies in a B2B or B2C web production environment- Record of caring for the technical needs of sites, apps and integrations with high volume traffic

　　PHP experience desired
