　　Group Summary

　　The Magna Exteriors portfolio of products includes access systems such as liftgates, exterior trim, modular systems, front-end modules including fascia, active aerodynamic systems and other lightweight structural components for automotive, commercial truck and other industrial markets.

　　About the Role

　　Support the divisions senior management in the achievement of the divisions financial and operational objectives,

　　Lead a cross-functional team to implement Continuous Improvement activities in a division – based on our Magna Factory, Concept MAFACT (Elimination of wastes by considering World Class Manufacturing level),

　　Conduct internal and support external MAFACT assessments and create an improvement plan,

　　Lead LEAN Capex Review for new projects and prepare it for approval by the Grouplead.

　　Your Responsibilities

　　Coordination of MAFACT (Magna Production System) implementation/ sustaining.

　　Create improvement plan including monthly implementation tracking for all MAFACT sections with responsibles; present MAFACT status at monthly General Meeting: Score, Status CI Projects, Employee suggestions,

　　Support & Train Mafact section owners.

　　Overall A3 drives selection of all CI activities (division A3 & department A3´s).

　　-Lead & Tracking of Significant CI Projects,

　　-Problem Solving Training including A3 (PDCA, Identify/ support Top 3 Improvement Projects per Department of the division, 5Why Problem Solving Train division’s employees in Problem Solving.

　　Problem solving “at the source”, Managing by Facts and Figures, encourage measurable improvements.

　　Advanced process knowledge of core processes of the division; weekly Gemba Walk by following the complete material flow; conduct minimum one KAIZEN workshop per month. Small but continuous improvement steps – everybody, everywhere and everyday.

　　Prepare Lean Capex Review Checklist & submit to Sub Group Leads for approval.

　　Who we are looking for

　　University degree in Mechanical, Mechatronics or Industrial Engineering from reputable universities,

　　At least 3 years’ experience in automotive industry,

　　Knowledge of VSM, Lean, Kaizen, 5S, LPA,

　　Excellent command of verbal and written English,

　　Ability to work systematically and with concentration,

　　Strong facilitation/presentation skills,

　　Self-starter with the ability to prioritize many different tasks.
