　　Position: Radiation Therapist

　　Location: Libertyville, IL

　　Pay Rate (Local): $55 - $57 per hour

　　Total Travel Package: $2,535.00 / week

　　Mustreside over 50 miles away to qualify for travel package

　　o Taxable Wages = $960.00 / week

　　o Weekly Housing Allowance =$1,022.00 / week

　　o Weekly Meals & IncidentalsAllowance = $553.00 / week

　　Estimated Weekly Take Home after taxes= $2,295.00

　　Schedule:

　　o 40 hours per week, Days

　　o 8am – 430pm

　　o No on call, no weekends

　　Duration:

　　o 13 Weeks (Likely Extension)

　　o March 11th start

　　Requirements:

　　o 5+ Years of experience as aRadiation Therapist

　　o ARRT for Radiation Therapy andIEMA

　　o BLS

　　o Experience with EPIC
