SUMMARY:   Monitor stock supplies around assigned workstations, replenish when necessary, communicate shortages to management, and overall support the optimization of workstations.  This person is to be present on the production floor at all times.  This role is to keep the workstation's focus on value-adding activities, help to avoid distractions, and facilitate flow of work.  This role requires an in-depth understanding of the work processes and excellent communication abilities.

　　Able to pass pre-employment math testAbility to proficiently use measuring equipment preferredAbility to read mechanical drawings with some assistance/training preferredUnderstanding of dimensional tolerance preferredAbility to read a tape measure within 1/16"Ability to operate forkliftUnderstanding of production processes

　　EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE:

　　High School or GED equivalent required

　　LANGUAGE SKILLS:

　　Must have basic reading and writing skills.MATHEMATICAL SKILLS:

　　WORK ENVIRONMENT:

　　While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly exposed to moving mechanical parts.  The noise level in the non-airconditioned work environment is usually moderate.  All required PPE, including steel toe shoes, must be worn and a clean work environment must be maintained.
