　　Delaware North Parks and Resorts is searching for a full-time or part-time Guest Services Representative to join our team at The Westin Buffalo in Buffalo, New York. In this role you will resolve situations and complaints using knowledge, experience, and good judgment in order to provide excellent service to all our guests.

　　6:00 PM - 2:30 AM

　　Responsibilities

　　Promptly answer phone calls, politely greet callers with a positive, clear voice andprovide superior service to all guest requests and issues received with the goal of addressing and resolving any problems in an efficient and timely manner.

　　Remain calm and composed during difficult situations, especially during periods of high-volume guest activity.

　　Be a source of information to guests on various matters such as transport, restaurant advice, and adventures to explore.

　　Process guest payments.

　　Other duties as assigned.

　　Qualifications

　　Math skills needed to complete accurate calculations.

　　Proficient computer skills.

　　Detail oriented and ability to multi-task.

　　Experience in a hotel or lodging environment and use of a property management system (Opera, PMS, Lightspeed, etc.) preferred.

　　Experience in a call-center setting is helpful.
