The Larson Group is looking for a Warranty Analyst to join our growing organization. This position is responsible for processing Peterbilt, Paccar, Cummins, Eaton, Caterpillar and other manufacturer warranty claims in the assigned region/dealer. What We Offer: * Paid Time Off * Paid Holidays * Medical, Dental and Basic Life * 401K with employer contribution * Bi-weekly Pay Schedule * Opportunity for advancement and Career Development Responsibilities: * Analyze technician repair stories in Decisiv and process warranty claims timely for assigned region/dealers with all OE required information, ensuring accuracy of amounts claimed, on or above 70% GP. * Review Open claims in warranty app for assigned region/dealers. If outside OE warranty guidelines, they are to be returned back for further review. * Continuous follow up on assigned claims in the warranty app for any Corrected and In Process statuses you have initiated. * Resubmit denied or partial paid claims promptly. If no dealer involvement, expectation is refiles are completed within 48 hours. * Responsible for utilizing assigned Team Lead for guidance and support throughout the warranty filing process. * Responsible for communicating with Team Lead when/if any warranty concerns arise, or before they arise, relating to any warranty claim and/or dealer. * Responsible for providing warranty dealer support to assigned region/dealers. * Responsible for staying up to date on all the manufacturer’s recalls and bulletins. * Performs all other duties assigned and complies with all TLG established policies. Qualifications: * Previous experience as a warranty analyst is preferred but not required. * Previous experience in a Diesel Service Department is preferred. * Basic working knowledge of a medium and/or heavy duty truck dealership is preferred. * Demonstrates basic computer skills in Microsoft Office Suite including Outlook and other internet based programs. * Must be an effective communicator exhibiting tact and good phone etiquette. * Must pass pre-employment drug screen and background check Qualifications: * Previous experience as a warranty administrator is preferred but not required. * Basic working knowledge of a medium and/or heavy duty truck dealership is preferred. * Demonstrates basic computer skills in Microsoft Office Suite including Outlook and other internet based programs. * Must be an effective communicator exhibiting tact and good phone etiquette.
