　　A Brief OverviewResponsible for the efficient pulling, packing and processing of patient care orders to facilitate accurate and timely delivery of home care services, supplies, equipment and medications to meet patient care needs. Responsible for the manufacturing of all home care transfill oxygen and completion of all FDA documentation to maintain accurate lot number tracking and manufacturing licensure.

　　What you will doPick, stage, process, package, document and prepare for delivery or shipping all patient orders accurately and timely to meet patient care needs. Coordinate with Operations Manager, Dispatch Coordinator and home care team to ensure patient orders are processed accurately and timely to facilitate delivery of equipment, medication, and supplies for home care patientsManufacture home care transfill oxygen per regulatory guidelines to provide safe and timely oxygen distribution. Complete all FDA required documentation for accurate oxygen lot number tracking and manufacturing licensureMaintain neat, clean, safe, and secure work environment, warehouse facility, in accordance with all CHHC/CHOP policy and procedures and all accrediting and regulatory agencies and guidelinesAdhere to all warehouse operations and documentation requirements in accordance with all CHHC/CHOP policy and procedures and all accrediting and regulatory guidelines.Process dirty equipment/DME/HME per cleaning and disinfecting policyAssemble and repair DME/HME per manufacturer guidelinesPerforms Non-CDL home care deliveries and completes all documentation to meet patient needs, regulatory requirements/CHHC policy and procedures, and operational efficiencyEducation QualificationsHigh School Diploma / GED  Required  Experience QualificationsPrevious warehouse experience Preferred Skills and AbilitiesAbility to operate a company vehicle and/or be insured on a CHOP policy.
