  The Associate Director, Field Medical Optimization and Deployment is responsible for leading the strategy and execution of field force structure, sizing, targeting and investment for the Medical Field. The focus of the role is to proactively assess existing structures in the context of business strategies, market landscape, leading analytics and recommendations on field force investments including potential roles/structures, sizing/alignments, and customer valuation. Responsibilities include but are not limited to JET DEP Planning, data collection, in-depth analysis, competitive & landscape monitoring/trend identification, driving innovative thinking around customer facing options and supporting Commercial Operations & Reporting functions and planning. The position has oversight for all analytics and execution utilizing an outsourced model, leading the commercial deployment process, and interacting with (in the role of SME) Medical, Sales, Marketing and CE Leadership.

  Qualifications

  Required Minimum Education: Bachelors Degree, Masters Degree preferred

  Experience and Skills:

  Required Years of Related Experience: 8 years Pharma/MDD/Consulting or related experience

  Knowledge of field forces/brands across pharmaceutical marketplace.

  Deep understanding of data sets employed in the industry for segmentation, targeting and behavioral modeling.

  Knowledge of the overall deployment process including inputs and handoffs

  Knowledge of analytic methodologies used to inform sales force sizing

  Strong analytical and integration skills

  Strong project management skills including vendor management

  Ability to organize/analyze multiple data sources and events into a cohesive output

  Ability to consult and influence all levels of management in therapeutic areas

  Ability to assess and manage field reporting needs and make recommendations for enhancements.

  Excellent communication skills (written and presentation)

  Proficient with data/reporting tools

  Other:

  10% Travel, including TitusvilleThe base pay range for this position is $118,000 to 203,550. The Company maintains highly competitive, performance-based compensation programs. Under current guidelines, this position is eligible for an annual performance bonus. The annual performance bonus is a cash bonus intended to provide an incentive to achieve annual targeted results by rewarding for individual and the corporation’s performance over a calendar/performance year. Bonuses are awarded at the Company’s discretion on an individual basis. Employees may be eligible to participate in Company employee benefit programs such as health insurance, savings plan, pension plan, disability plan, vacation pay, sick time, holiday pay, and work, personal and family time off in accordance with the terms of the applicable plans.
