We are seeking a dynamic and versatile Warehouse Specialist to join our team. In this role, you will engage in a variety of tasks, ensuring each day is filled with new challenges.
Your main responsibilities will include moving large industrial raw materials, which may be chemicals or compounds used in pharmaceuticals.
As a key player in our warehouse operations, you will contribute to the efficiency of our supply chain by using a forklift to pull orders, manage inventory, and work outdoors as necessary. You will also handle the loading and offloading of solvent tankers.
This position requires a commitment to safety and environmental responsibility, as you will frequently work around hazardous solvents and chemicals, with all required Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) provided.
Beneficial Skills
Warehouse experience
Proficient in operating a forklift
Skilled in inventory control and order pulling
Experience with SAP or ERP systems is a plus
Familiarity with solvents and chemical handling
Able to conduct accurate electronic/paper data entry for material movements
Knowledge of SDS sheets and ability to assist with physical inventory counts
Ability to work well both independently and as part of a team
Strong communication skills for coordinating with different departments
Attention to detail and commitment to accuracy in all transactions
Willingness to work in varying weather conditions and environments
