Warehouse Team Member Do it Best is ready to help you build your full-time, long-term career in our Sikeston, MO distribution center. You’ll have the opportunity to develop and grow your skill sets in a variety of logistics and product fulfillment roles. We provide training and certification to safely operate powered equipment such as forklifts, tuggers, and powered pallet jacks. As a Do it Best team member you can also expect:

Earn up to $24.47/hr

Wage dependent on experience, starting from $17.00-$22.50 per hour with regular increases every 180 days

Eligible team members have the opportunity to earn an additional $0.64 - $1.97 per hour with their quarterly performance bonus

Regular weekday hours

Qualified candidates must be able to:

Repeatedly lift items ranging from 40-45 lbs

Occasionally lift up to 80-100 lbs

Assist in team lifts

Stand, walk, bend, reach, lift, carry, push, pull, stoop

Perform work at floor level, waist level or above shoulders
