About Chief Financial Officer (CFO)

　　AGVISE Laboratories, Inc. in Northwood N.D. is in search of a candidate to fill the position of Chief Financial Officer of a Sub-S Corporation which is a 100% employee owned.

　　Responsibilities of the CFO will include but not limited to the following:

　　Direct and coordinates all financial affairs, including receipts, disbursement, and the capitalization of assets.Safekeeping, control, and accounting of assets and securities.Preparation of budget.Update insurance values annually.Reports company financial position to President and Board of Directors.Monitor retirement plan.Serve as Testing Facility Manager for GLP compliance.Reports and recommends to management changes to policies and programs.Serve as Human Resource Officer.Additional duties as assigned.

　　Required skill and qualifications:

　　4 year accounting/finance degree and 4 years of experience.
