Job Title: Warehouse Supervisor

About the Role:

In this role, you will lead essential warehouse operations, including inventory management, shipping, receiving, logistics coordination, and team supervision. You’ll be at the heart of our materials management, ensuring seamless product flow and supporting our goal of operational excellence in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.

What You’ll Do:

Lead and Inspire : Guide a dedicated team, providing coaching and direction to drive productivity, accuracy, and continuous improvement.

Oversee Inventory Management : Maintain accurate inventory records, ensuring smooth materials handling and timely product storage.

Drive Operational Efficiency : Conduct daily safety inspections, troubleshoot quality issues, and partner with teams across departments to streamline processes.

Build a High-Performance Culture : Work closely with union leadership to resolve issues, maintain a safe work environment, and achieve team engagement goals.

Ensure Compliance : Uphold rigorous Environmental, Health, and Safety (EHS) standards, and adhere to operational and safety procedures.

Manage Shift Operations : Work a 2nd shift schedule (2 PM - 10 PM), with opportunities for overtime to meet production needs.

What We’re Looking For:

Required:

High School Diploma or GED

At least 3 years of supervisory experience in warehouse, production, or logistics settings.

Preferred:

Proven experience motivating and managing hourly associates, ideally within a unionized environment.

Strong organizational and problem-solving skills, with the ability to handle multiple responsibilities and deadlines.

Familiarity with lean manufacturing principles and continuous improvement practices.

Proficiency in PC applications and warehouse management software.

Schedule and Location:

Location: Lewisburg, TN

Shift: Full-time, on-site position with a standard 2nd shift schedule (2 PM - 10 PM). Occasional overtime and potential 3rd shift flexibility may be required.

Pay Details: $19.09 per hour
