　　What you will do

　　Realizar las funciones de manejo de materiales y almacenamiento. Esto incluye el recibo, la identificación, almacenamiento, distribución de los materiales, realización de los envíos de los productos y mantenimiento del sistema de control de inventario.

Immediately notifies the supervisor of any incident (including spills in general) or accident (including injuries and/or occupational illness) in the organization.

　　Participar activamente en el Programa de Ejercicios Ergonómicos de su área de trabajo. Actively participates in the Ergonomics Exercise Program of the work area.

　　Cumplir con las responsabilidades de miembro del Equipo de Manejo de Incidentes (si aplica). Complies with the responsibilities as a member of the Incident Management Team (as applicable).

　　Responsabilidades de la posición: Position responsibilities:

　　Recibir, identificar, almacenar y distribuir el material recibido. Recieve, identify, storage and distribute material receieved..

　　Realizar los envíos de los productos terminados para cumplir a tiempo con las órdenes de entrega. Complete finished good product shipments to meet the terms with the orders delivery on a timely manner.

　　Documentar, registrar e identificar las tareas realizadas de acuerdo a los procedimientos de CGMP’s y SOP’s. Document, register and identify the task to be realized align with the CGMP’s and SOP’s process.

　　Operar cada uno de los equipos (montacargas, “hand truck”, camión de remolque) para poder llevar a cabo sus tareas. Operate each one of the equipment (forklifts, hand truck, tow truck) to be able to complete tasks.

　　Llevar a cabo el inventario físico. Perform physical inventory.

　　Realizar transacciones del sistema computadorizado (incluye recibos, embarques, material devuelto de manufactura , empaque, destrucción de material, órdenes de empaque, devolución de material al suplidor, órdenes de transferencia, inventario). Complete transactions in the computerized system (includes receipts, shipments, material returned from manufacturing area and packaging, material destruction, packaging orders, returns to vendor, transfer orders and inventory) .

　　Organizar todos los materiales recibidos de acuerdo con los SOP’s. Organize all the materials received according with the SOP’s.

　　Participar y cumplir con los adiestramientos asignados a su posición. Participate and comply with all the trainings assigned to their position .

　　Participar activamente en, por lo menos, un equipo de trabajo según requerido por la supervisión. Participate and be active in at least one department team as requested by the Supervisor.

　　Mantener limpias y ordenadas las áreas de almacén según las Buenas Prácticas de Manufactura. Maintain the warehouse areas clean and organized as per good manufacturing practices.

　　Realizar lo siguiente para evitar derrames potenciales y aumento en la generación de desperdicios que pudieran afecter la salud y el ambiente:

　　Segregación de químicos siguiendo los procedimientos de EHS

　　Llenado de tanques de diesel de vehículos industriales siguiendo los procedimientos de EHS

　　Manejo de materiales, químicos y otros suministros.

　　Seguir los MSDS para instrucciones sobre protección personal y manejo de químicos en caso de potencial derrame.

　　Perform the following to avoid potential spills and increase in waste generation that may affect the health and environment:

　　Segregate chemicals following the EHS procedures.

　　Filling of industrial vehicles with disel following the EHS procedures.

　　Handle materials, chemicals and other supplies.

　　Follow MSDS for instructions on personal protectio and chemical handling in the event of a potential spill.

　　Graduado de Escuela Superior o equivalente. High School diploma or equivalent.

　　Un (1) ano de experiencia en trabajo de almacen. One (1) year of experience in Warehouse area.

　　Trabajo mediano que requiere esfuerzo físico. Requiere además, destrezas de comunicación, coordinación ojo-mano-pie, destrezas manuales gruesas y finas. Requiere fuerza física para levantar, cargar, empujar o halar objetos y capacidad para trasladarse de un lugar a otro y capacidad para realizar trabajos elevados. Envuelve movimiento del cuerpo como treparse, arrodillarse, agacharse, inclinarse, subir y bajar escaleras. Requiere además agudeza auditiva, agudeza visual cercana, mediana y lejana, percepción de profundidad, campo visual, visión de color y acomodo visual. Medium work requiring physical effort. Requires, communication skills, hand-eye coordination, foot, gross and fine manual dexterity. Requires physical strength to lift, carry, push or pull objects and ability to move from one place to another and capacity to perform elevated jobs. It involves body movement such as climbing, kneeling, stooping, bending, climbing stairs. It also requires hearing acuity, near visual acuity, medium and distant depth perception, visual field, color vision and visual accommodation.

　　Bilingue (Espanol e Ingles). Bilingual (Spanish/English).

　　Conocimiento en sistemas computadorizados. Computer literate.

　　Licencia para conducer equipo pesado. Licencia para operar montacarga. License to drive heavy equipment. License to operate forklift.
