POSITION: Warehouse Manager

　　ASM Global has an excellent and immediate opening for a Warehouse Manager at the Thunder Ridge Nature Arena. Handling, distributing food and beverage products. Receiving shipments, maintaining inventory accuracy, ensuring the timely devilry of products to various department within organization.

　　JOB DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES

　　Orders, receives, and manages product inventory.

　　Rotates inventory practicing FIFO (first in, first out)

　　Maintains cleanliness and organization of warehouse and concession stands.

　　Product transfers: pre-event and during event, ensures proper storage.

　　Set-up and tear-down of portable concession locations and satellite warehouse locations as determined by event needs.

　　Assist with recording of monthly inventory.

　　Assist with the laundering of concession uniforms.

　　Assist with cleaning of foodservice equipment including fryers, grills, and other equipment.

　　KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS & ABILITIES

　　Ability to read and interpret documents such as safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions and procedure manuals.

　　Ability to add, subtract, multiply and divide (basic mathematics skills).

　　Ability to communicate and execute instructions via radio (walkie talkie) Ability to regularly move and lift to 50 pounds.

　　Ability to work within a “team” oriented environment.

　　Requires the ability to work flexible hours including nights, weekends, and holidays.

　　EDUCATION/ EXPERIENCE

　　High School diploma or general education degree (GED)

　　6 months foodservice experience and/or training; fast food experience preferred or equivalent combination of education and experience.
