　　We are looking for an experienced Warehouse Manager to oversee and manage all warehouse operations in the Waterbury, CT area. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of optimizing warehouse processes, ensuring efficient inventory management, and leading a team to achieve operational success. The Warehouse Manager will be responsible for maintaining a safe and organized warehouse environment while meeting delivery deadlines and quality standards. 　　Responsibilities

　　Maintain accurate records of inventory levels.

　　Oversee regular stock counts and audits.

　　Plan and schedule shipments, ensuring timely delivery of products.

　　Lead and manage warehouse staff, including training and evaluating performance.

　　Delegate tasks and responsibilities to warehouse team members.

　　Foster a positive and collaborative work environment.

　　Coordinate repairs and facility improvements as needed.

　　Communicate effectively with other departments, suppliers, and customers.
