Description:

　　This is a full time, long-term position with full benefits.

　　INTERMEDIATE ARCHITECT - Leading or Contributing to a range of projects spanning from high end residential, to commercial, to hospitality.

　　This person will oversee design progress across all phases.

　　Responsibilities:

　　Collaborate with Architects/Designers to support design and planning process

　　Attend and coordinate client and consultant meetings

　　Research and Analysis of Zoning Regulations, building codes, etc.

　　Produce drawings according to documentation deliverables

　　Create 3D Models

　　Construction Administration as Required

　　Skills:

　　Revit, Architecture, Construction document, Autocad, Design, Architectural design, residential design, Construction administration, Project management

　　Additional Skills & Qualifications:

　　Accredited Degree in Architecture: B.Arch or M.Arch

　　Revit (program expertise either in Design or CD)

　　4-5 Years of Professional Experience ideal but not required

　　Expert proficiency in Revit

　　High End Single Family Residential Projects

　　Organized, multitasking, communicator (written and verbal)

　　Work Environment

　　Ideally in office for first 90 days to bond with the team, but flexibility to be hybrid offered.

　　Medium sized office of about 15 people in Midtown Manhattan

　　Standard work hours are MF 9-530pm

　　This is a salary contract to hire position.
