Program OverviewComplete multiple rotations through warehouse departments includingParcel, Freight, Receiving and Support. Program Length: 6 - 12 months.Rotation Duration: 1 - 3 months. Mentorship: You will be assignedmentors through each rotation. Placement after completing the program isdependent on your interests, performance, and business needs. Possiblepositions include: Warehouse Management Trainee (become a Warehouse TeamLead) Warehouse support such as Inventory Control Administrative supportin Operations or Analytics. Position Responsibilities Become proficientin all aspects of Uline\'s warehouse operations on all shifts. Completehands-on training for support for assigned department. Drive compliancewith safety, quality and productivity goals in support of warehouseleadership team objectives. Perform other duties as required or assignedwhich are reasonably within the scope of activities described above.Minimum Requirements Bachelor\'s degree - any academic discipline willbe considered. Experience in warehouse, distribution, or retailpreferred. Ability to multi-task and detail-oriented. Forkliftcertification or reach truck driving experience preferred. Familiaritywith Microsoft Office preferred. Willing to relocate (with support) toanother Uline Warehouse location as needed.
