Currently, ManTech is seeking a motivated, career and customer-oriented Queue Coordinator to join our team in the Annapolis Junction, MD.
Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
SHIFT-- Monday - Friday 10 am - 6 pm
Review, assign, reconcile and support the management of service tickets throughout their lifecycle
Provide technical assistance and telephonic support for Remote Monitoring to Intel Customers
Help coordinate with IT service providers and communicate outages and plans for recovery
Help provide technical assistance and support for Workflow Management services
Communicates with technicians to determine task assignments
Coordinates with Site Leads and Regional Managers on ticket prioritization and assignments
Conducts database research to support ticket requirements
Follows up with other work centers to ensure task completion and task assignment
Monitor and support ticket workflows
Other duties as assigned
Position Requirements
Bachelor’s Degree and 2 or more years of relevant experience, Associate's Degree and 4 or more years of relevant experience, High School and 5 or more years of relevant experience
1 or more years of experience with ServiceNow
1 or more years of experience/understand with Workflows
Security Requirements:
An Active TS/SCI with Polygraph clearance is required to be considered for this positionPhysical Requirements:
Must be able to remain in a stationary position 50%
Constantly operates a computer and other office productivity machinery, such as a calculator, copy machine and computer printer.
The person in this position frequently communicates with co-workers, management and customers, which may involve delivering presentations

Move about freely in a laboratory setting
